„Construirea unui parc fotovoltaic in regim dual în localitatea Zagăr, județul Mureș” Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde in mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare in a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SICAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). „Construirea unui parc fotovoltaic in regim dual în localitatea Zagăr, județul Mureș” conform specificatiilor caietului de sarcini. Valoarea fără TVA: 205.278.261,39 Monedă: RON Cheltuielile diverse și neprevăzute sunt în cuantum de 20.648.177,90 lei, reprezentând 10% din cap./subcap. 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.5, 3.8 si 4 din Devizul general și nu sunt incluse în valoarea estimată. Cheltuielile diverse si neprevazute pot fi accesate oricând în timpul derulării contractului in condițiile prevazute de art. 236 din Legea 99/2016.
