Obiectivul de investiție Autostrada Târgu Neamț - Iași - Ungheni are ca scop crearea unei căi de comunicație modernă pentru realizarea joncțiunii între tronsonul 2 al autostrăzii Ditrău - Târgu Neamț în zona localității Moțca la km 0+000, dezvoltându-se pe un coridor de la Vest spre Est până la legătura cu Podul peste Prut la Ungheni. Tronsonul 3 Lețcani (DN 28) - DN24 (Iași) are ca punct de inceput km 60+100, in nord-vestul localitatii Letcani, unde se realizeaza conexiunea cu tronsonul 2 Târgu Frumos - Lețcani. Intre Km 60+100 si Km 62+000 traseul autostrazii ocoleste prin Nord localitatea Lețcani, intersecteaza DJ280C si CF 608, pe care le traverseaza printr-un pasaj. De la km 62+000, traseul autostrăzii se îndreaptă catre Nord-Est, spre localitățile Bogonos şi Tăuteşti, intersectând DJ248B si DJ282. Tronson 3 Lețcani (DN28) - DN 24 (Iași), L=17,7 km, Km 60+100 -km 77+800 Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 25 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari in a 12 a zi inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde DOAR la solicitările de clarificări adresate de catre operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit.
