Description
Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze prin incheierea unui acord cadru cu un singur operator economic pe perioada de 12 luni, legume si fructe ce vor fi livrate la centrele din subordinea DGASPC Tulcea, valoare minima estimata 13.499,45 lei fara TVA - valoare maxima estimata 1.360,291,95 lei fara TVA. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor subsecvente ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: se vor incheia in functie de solicitarile primite de la centrele din subordinea DGASPC Tulcea trei(3) contracte subsecvente . Cel mai mare contract subsecvent se va incheia pe 6 luni avand o valoare minima estimata 13.499,45 lei fara TVA valoare maxima estimata 687.212,70 lei fara TVA. Pe toata perioada de derulare a contractului/acordului cadru, autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul sa suplimenteze sau sa diminueze cantitatile prevazute initial, conform prevederilor legale in vigoare, modificarile urmand a fi comunicate si prestatorului, avand in vedere fluctuatia de asistati din cadrul centrelor din subordinea DGASPC Tulcea. Ofertantii vor lua in calcul suplimentarea cantitatii maxime estimate în limita a maximum 50% din valoarea contractului iniţial în functie de solicitarile beneficiarilor si fondurilor disponibile.art. 221, alin. 1, litera b, L 98/2016. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 14 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare care au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, pana in a 11 zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor.
