În cadrul proiectului „Strategii inovative pentru asigurarea securității nutriționale prin stimularea exploatării resurselor de proteine sustenabile”, derulat prin Planul Național de Cercetare, Dezvoltare și Inovare 2022 - 2027 (PNCDI IV), finanțat prin Contract de Finanțare nr. 11CoEx/2026, derulat de INCDTIM se dorește achiziționarea unui „Sistem HSI (imagistică spectrală) integrat pentru laborator” destinat analizelor alimentelor și detecției adulterării, necesar analizei rapide a calității produselor alimentare, cu accent pe studiul trasabilității proteinelor de-a lungul lanțului alimentar. Acestea constituie un ansamblu funcțional unitar de accesorii format din : a. Camera de imagistică hiperspectrală NIR b. Sursa de lumină c. Sistem de control al mișcării camerei d. Masa de translație liniară e. Referințe integrate f. Unitate de calcul (Calculator de procesare și control) g. Componenta software Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP https://e-licitatie.ro/pub
