Acordul cadru de servicii linii inchiriate terestre este necesar pentru asigurarea operativitatii sistemelor de comunicatii care deservesc structurile militare. Serviciile de linii inchiriate terestre (circuite analogice) sunt: -circuite analogice cu lungimi de sub 2Km minim Acord Cadru 4800 -maxim 19.200 Acord cadru, Lungime minim- maxim - -circuite analogice cu lungimi de peste 2 km minim Acord cadru 4800-maxim 21.600 Acord cadru lungime 144.000-maxim 720.000 -Instalari/configurari maxim 300 Acord cadru, 0minim, lungimi -minim -maxim- Valoarea (lei fara tva) acord cadru estimat minim 480.000 - maxim 2.208.000 Valoarea (lei fara tva) contract subsecvent estimat minim 120.000 - maxim (cel mai mare contract subsecvent) 552.000 Termen limita solicitare clarificari la documentatia de atribuire:17 zile anterior datei limita de depunere candidaturi. Data de raspuns la toate solicitarile de clarificari: 11 zile anterior datei limita de depunere a candidaturilor. In functie de modul si durata in care sunt solutionate deranjamentele semnalate (in baza bonului de deranjament), a rapoartelor semestriale privind functionarea serviciului contractat, se va avea in vedere reducerea cuantumul valorii facturii conform detalierii din Caietul de sarcini pct. 9.
