Description

Acord-cadru de furnizare echipament individual de protecție, truse sanitare și consumabile pentru truse sanitare, cu un singur operator economic, cu o durată de 4 ( patru ) ani, conform specificațiilor din caietul de sarcini. Nota: In conformitate cu art.161 din Legea 98/2016, modificat prin OUG 107/2017, Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in termen de a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 15 Autoritatea contractantă nu este obligată să răspundă solicitărilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare care nu au fost adresate în termenul stabilit la Secțiunea I.3 din Fișa de date a achiziției. Achizitie de echipament individual de protectie in cantitatile specificate in caietul de sarcini. Se vor achititiona un numar de 27 de tipuri de produse.
