Obiectul contractului il constituie achizitionarea de Echipament individual de protectie pentru angajatii autoritatii contractante, conform Legii nr. 319/2006, HG nr. 1425/2006, in vederea protectiei lucratorilor impotriva factorilor de risc (mecanici, chimici, biologici, termici, etc) si a bolilor profesionale . Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor clarificarilor /informatiilor suplimentare in a 10 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
