Obiectul contractului îl constituie furnizarea de energie electrică pentru alimentarea mijloacelor de transport public(tramvaie/autobuze) din municipiul Reșița, pentru o perioadă de minim 12 luni, începând cu data de 1 septembrie 2026, cu posibilitatea prelungirii pe o perioadă de maxim 4 luni, conform reglementărilor legale în vigoare. Locul de furnizare - la punctele de consum din următoarele locații: 1. Reșița, B-dul Republicii, FN (Transformator vechi); 2. Reșița, B-dul Republcii, nr.29; 3. Reșița, Piata Republcii, FN; 4. Reșița, str.Oțelului , FN; 5. Reșița, str.Oțelului , FN; 6. Reșița, B-dul Republcii, nr.1; Contract de furnizare 1 an Energie electrică medie tensiune (MT) 2911,069 MWh Contract de furnizare 1 an Energie electrică joasă tensiune (JT) 20,496 MWh Nr. de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări inainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor- 22 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde in mod consolidat la solicitările de clarificări in a-11 zi inainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor
