Description

In cadrul procedurii se va achizitiona furnizarea de energie electrica la punctele de consum indicate in caietul de sarcini. Contractele subsecvente ce se vor incheia au caracter de repetabilitate si vor avea acelasi obiect, conform acordului cadru respectiv. Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia lunar sau trimestrial in functie de necesitati si in raport de fondurile bugetare alocate. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Furnizarea energiei electrice la locurile de consum ale Spitalului Clinic de Psihiatrie "Prof. Dr. Al. Obregia", de la un singur furnizor care actioneaza pe piata libera la tarife mai mici decat pe piata reglementata. Scopul este de intretinere a aparaturii, instalatiilor si utilajelor din spital in vederea creari unui climat de siguranta si confort atat pacientilor internati cat si personalului angajat.
