Universitatea de Medicina si Farmacie "Carol Davila" intentioneaza achizitionarea de Sisteme ecografie pentru urologie compuse din ecograf stationar si ecograf portabil, inclusiv a accesoriilor aferente acestora, iar cu titlu accesoriu: instalarea, punerea în funcțiune și instruirea personalului utilizator, în conformitate cu prevederile din Caietul de sarcini, Propunerea tehnică și Contract. Achizitia echipamentelor medicale este realizata in cadrul proiectului "Primul proiect pilot de screening pentru cancerul de prostată din România: Mobilizare pentru Acces la screening, evaluarea Riscului, Informare și Navigare (MARIN)”, cod SMIS 354182. Echipamentele medicale ce vor fi furnizate: Lot 1- Sisteme ecografie pentru urologie Lot 2- Sisteme ecografie pentru urologie cu sonda transrectala. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări este de 18 zile până la data de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11 a zi înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor. Sisteme ecografie pentru urologie - 6 buc - compuse din: 1.1 Ecograf Staționar Premium pentru Urologie. 1.2 Ecograf Portabil Premium Tip Laptop sau Echivalent pentru Urologie. Beneficiarii sistemelor ecografie pentru urologie sunt: - Spitalul Clinic ''Prof.Dr.Theodor Burghele'', Bucuresti - Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Craiova - Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta ''Sfantul Apostol Andrei'', Constanta - Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta ''Pius Brînzeu'' Timisoara - Spitalul Clinic Judetean Târgu Mureș - Spitalul Clinic Municipal Cluj-Napoca Specificatiile tehnice conform Caietul de sarcini.; Lot 2- Sisteme ecografie pentru urologie cu sonda transrectala - 2 buc, compus din: 2.1 Ecograf Staționar Premium pentru Urologie 2.2 Ecograf Portabil Premium Tip Laptop sau Echivalent pentru Urologie Specificațiile tehnice ale echipamentelor sunt detaliate in caietul de sarcini Benficiarii echipamentelor medicale: - Spitalul Clinic ''Dr. C.I.
