Achiziția echipamentelor este necesară pentru:-  dotarea și modernizarea secțiilor și compartimentelor medicale din cadrul unității;  asigurarea condițiilor optime pentru diagnostic, tratament și îngrijire a pacienților;  conformarea la cerințele de calitate și siguranță impuse de reglementările în vigoare. Echipamentele sunt cuprinse în lista obiectivelor de investiții aprobată de Consiliul Județean Brașov pentru anul în curs, iar necesitatea fiecărei dotări a fost identificată pe baza solicitărilor formulate de secțiile beneficiare, a stării actuale a dotărilor și a priorităților medicale PRIN Notele de fundamentare aprobate. Aparat de radiologie cu braț C model mini; Aparat radiologie cu braț C mobil; Automat de imunologie; Dispozitiv de neuromonitorizare intraoperator; Ecograf - 2 (două) bucăți; Mașină de anestezie de înaltă performanță 2 bucați; -Mașină de anestezie de performanță medie - 3 (trei) bucăți; Sistem hipo-hipertermie - 2 (două) bucăți; Sistem de telemetrie; -Trusă chirurgie spinală; Trusă clipare anevrism; Trusă craniotomie; -Trusă rezectoscop bipolar; Lampă Scialitică - 2 (două) bucăți
