Obiectul contractului îl constituie achizitionarea, instalarea si punerea in functiune de aparatura si echipamente medicale pentru dotarea ambulatoriului spitalului, conform caiet de sarcini, în cadrul proiectului ,,Investitii pentru dotarea ambulatoriului Spitalului Municipal Salonta” cod SMIS 333817. Achizitia se face pe 2 loturi. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Furnizare aparat de radiologie,1 bucata, conform specificatii tehnice ANEXA nr.1 caiet de sarcini.; Furnizare Echipamente de terapie magnetica de inalta intensitate (sistem superinductiv), 2 bucati, conform specificatii tehnice ANEXA nr.2 caiet de sarcini.
