Achiziționarea și implementarea unui sistem de ambalare automată a U₃O₈ este automatizarea etapelor de dozare și umplere a recipientelor de ambalare, astfel încât intervenția directă a personalului în zonele cu potențial de contaminare să fie redusă la minimum. Prin implementarea acestui sistem se urmărește asigurarea unei precizii ridicate a cantităților ambalate, creșterea gradului de trasabilitate a materialelor nucleare și îmbunătățirea continuității procesului tehnologic, cu impact direct asupra eficienței operaționale a secției tehnologice. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile.
