Echipament special de protecție pentru echipajele de pe ambulanțele SMURD, constând în: Lot 1 - Combinezon special pentru echipajele de pe ambulanțele SMURD; Lot 2 - Șapcă completă pentru iarnă pentru personalul din cadrul SMURD; Lot 3 - Șapcă completă pentru vară pentru personalul din cadrul SMURD; Lot 4 - Ghete unice vară/iarnă pentru echipajele de pe ambulanțele SMURD. Lot 1 - Combinezon special pentru echipajele de pe ambulanțele SMURD Cantități estimate Acord cadru: maxim 2000 buc. - minim 30.000 buc Cantități estimate Contract subsecvent : maxim 500 buc. - minim 3.750 buc Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent acre urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului cadru: 3.750 buc x 188,00 euro ( fără TVA) = 705.000,00 euro (fără TVA); Șapcă completă pentru iarnă pentru personalul din cadrul SMURD Cantități estimate Acord cadru: minim 800 buc. - maxim 15.000 buc. Cantități estimate Contract subsecvent: minim 200 buc. - maxim 1.875 buc. Estimarea valorii celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce urmează a fi atribuit pe durata acordului cadru: 1.875 buc. x 9,00 euro (fără TVA) = 16.875 euro (fără TVA); Lot 3. - Șapcă completă pentru vară pentru personalul din cadrul SMURD Cantități estimate Acord cadru: minim 800 buc. - maxim 15.000 buc. Cantități estimate Contract subsecvent: minim 200 buc. - maxim 1.875 buc. Estimarea valorii celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului cadru: 1.875 buc. x 7,00 euro (fără TVA) = 13.125,00 euro (fără TVA); Lot 4 - Ghete unice vară/iarnă pentru echipajele de pe ambulanțele SMURD Cantități estimate Acord cadru: minim 800 buc. - maxim 20.000 buc. Cantități estimateContract subsecvent: minim 200 buc. - maxim 2.500 buc. Estimarea valorii celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 2.500 buc. x 84,00 euro (fără TVA) = 210.000,00 euro ( fără TVA)
