Obiectul achizitiei il reprezinta achiziționarea de echipament individual de protecție de mare vizibilitate al personalului de intervenție din cadrul Serviciului de Ambulanță Judetean Mureș conform OMS 1418/2017si OMS 1617/2024 conform cod CPV 18143000-3 (Echipamente de protectie ) Obiectul procedurii îl constituie încheierea unui acord cadru privind achiziționarea de echipament individual de protecție de mare vizibilitate (vară şi iarnă) şi încălțăminte de protecție pentru personalul de pentru personalul de intervenție din cadrul Serviciului de Ambulanță Mureș, în conformitate cu legislația în vigoare. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce vor fi atribuite : Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia în funcție de necesitățile și posibilitățile financiare ale autorității contractante, pe toata perioada de valabilitate a acordului cadru (48 luni).
