În cadrul proiectului „Chemo-catalytic paradigms in multiphase waste valorization - Center of Excellence for Circular Chemistry and Economy - ChemBioCatCirEcon” (Paradigme chimio-catalitice in valorificarea deseurilor multifazice - Centru de Excelență pentru chimie și economie circulară), derulat de INCDTIM Cluj-Napoca în cadrul Planului Național de Cercetare-Dezvoltare si Inovare PNCDI IV, Cod proiect PN-IV-P6-6.1-CoEx-2024-0053, Contract de finanțare nr. 5CoEx ⁄ 2026, se dorește achiziționarea unui „ECHIPAMENT DE CERCETARE - Echipament pentru testarea materialelor în procese de fotocataliză (fotoreactor), destinat studiului reacțiilor de fotoreducere a dioxidului de carbon (CO₂). Sistemul va permite inițierea și controlul reacțiilor fotocatalitice de reducere a CO₂ în condiții de siguranță, utilizând un domeniu spectral larg, adecvat evaluării și optimizării diferiților fotocatalizatori și a condițiilor de iradiere implicate în conversia CO₂ în produși cu valoare adăugată (de ex. compusi C1 - CO, metan, metanol, acid formic, respectiv compuși C2). Caracterul modular al sistemului asigură interschimbabilitatea surselor de radiație și a reactoarelor, oferind flexibilitatea necesară studiilor și experimentelor fotochimice de bază. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP https://e-licitatie.ro/pub
