Borhanci, fn, Cluj Napoca, aferent obiectivului de investitii „ECHIPARE TEHNICO-EDILITARA in cadrul proiectului complex - Dezvoltare infrastructura educationala si de sanatate, infrastructura sportiva si amenajare padure-parc in cartierul Borhanci, Cluj-Napoca“. Clarificarile vor putea fi solicitate cu cel mult 20 de zile anterior datei limite de depunere a ofertelor si autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi anterior datei limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
