Description

Conform referatului de necesitate nr. 13573 din data de 30.09.2024, primit de la Serviciul Productie, inchirierea de scule si echipamente este necesara pentru realizarea operațiilor de intervenție si instrumentație, realizate de către utilajele din dotare la sonde in vederea recuperării obiectelor rămase în sondă, închideri ale spațiului inelar dintre tubing și coloană, antrenării tijelor pătrate, înșurubării și deșurubării materialului tubular cu moment de strângere controlat, manevrări ale garniturilor de țevi introduse in sonda, frezari dopuri de ciment, frezari resturi metalice ramase in sonda, foraj sonde de la zero, adânciri de sonde, devieri de sonde și alte operații specifice activității foraj si de reparații capitale a sondelor de gaze, asigurarea efectuării operațiilor de gravelpack cu pachere hidraulice de consolidare model Black Cat 5 1/2” si recuperarea pacherelor hidraulice de consolidare Black Cat 5 ½”+7”. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor va fi de 18 zile. Totodata, potrivit prevederilor legale in vigoare, orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificari cu privire la continutul documentatiei de atribuire si implicit cu privire la clauzele contractuale (ce sunt parte a documentatiei de atribuire) cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
