contract de achizitie publica -echipamente de comunicatie cuantica -minim o pereche, achizitie care va permite crearea unei legaturi internationale cuantice de schimb de chei (QKD) ce va sta la baza transmisiunillor securizate in diverse domenii de activitate din Romania cu tara vecina, extinzand aplicabilitatea la nivel european. Echipamente de comunicație cuantice, fiecare cu KMS-ul aferent (integrat sau separat) - minim 1 pereche.Fiecare pereche de echipamente ofertate va avea un transmițător QKD (Alice) și un receptor QKD (Bob) Echipamentele ofertate trebuie să funcționeze pe fibra optică pusă la dispoziție de autoritatea contractantă. Această fibră poate fi amplasată aerian pe stâlpii de înaltă tensiune sau poate fi îngropată. Astfel este obligatorie funcționarea echipamentelor în condițiile date: fibră aeriană, trece pe lângă liniile de înaltă tensiune și fibra îngropată.
