Description

Obiectul contractului il reprezinta achizitia de materiale de referinta si materiale de referinta certificate, utilizate in activitatea de analiza doping necesare pentru 2025. Aceste substante sunt conform Listei interzise 2025, Scrisori si documente si Lista EQAS 2025 (pentru participarea la schemele externe de control al calitatii) si alte notificari tehnice emise de WADA. Produsele achizitionate vor fi utilizate pentru calibrarea si verificarea aparatelor de testare primara a probelor de analiza doping (pH-metru si refractrometru). Modificarea contractului in cursul perioadei sale de valabilitate, altfel decat in cazurile si conditiile prevazute la art. 221 din Legea nr. 98/2016, se realizeaza prin organizarea unei noi proceduri de atribuire, in conformitate cu dispozitiile legii. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta stabileste urmatoarele termene limita in care va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare,respectiv in a 12 a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Conform caietului de sarcini si a documentatiei de atribuire.
