Obiectul contractului îl constituie: furnizarea, instalarea, configurarea și punerea în funcțiune a echipamentelor IT, a infrastructurii de rețea și securitate, a serverelor și sistemelor de stocare, precum și furnizarea licențelor de software clinic și non-clinic, cu servicii asociate de analiză, proiectare, personalizare, testare, instruire și suport tehnic. -Termenul in care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari este de 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. -Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor la clarificari in cel mai scurt timp posibil, in a 5-a zi inaintea datei limita de depunere a ofertelor.
