Description

Penitenciarul Arad intenționează atribuirea a două acorduri-cadru pentru achiziţia de medicamente / produse farmaceutice pe bază de prescripţie medicală pe rețete compensate/ simple (necompensate) cu 1 (un) singur operator economic, pentru fiecare lot în parte. Acordul-cadru a fost ales ca modalitate de atribuire pornind de la faptul că în achiziţionarea produselor ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri de achiziţie, trebuie avut în vedere un minim şi un maxim al cantităţilor ce urmează a se achiziţiona, în funcţie de numărul persoanelor bolnave custodiate de Penitenciarul Arad şi de patologia acestora. Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia trimestrial sau lunar, în funcție de nevoile autorității contractante și de fondurile bugetare disponibile. Valoare estimată fără TVA lot 1 medicamente / produse farmaceutice de uz uman, prescrise pe rețete compensate = 873.208,40 lei + TVA cel mai mare contract subsecvent = 218.302,10 lei, fără TVA; Valoare estimată fără TVA lot 2 medicamente / produse farmaceutice de uz uman, prescrise pe rețete simple(necompensate) = 856.588,94 lei cel mai mare contract subsecvent = 214.147,23 lei, fără TVA
