ACORD CADRU FURNIZARE MEDICAMENTE 36 LUNI. Cantitatile si valorile estimate sunt detaliate in documentul "Cantitatile si valorile estimate ale prezentului lot se regasesc in documentul "Centralizator cantitativ valoric medicamente 7.xlsx.p7s" anexat documentatiei." Necesitatea asigurarii si adaptarii tramentului in conformitate cu nevoile pacientilor internati in Spitalul Clinic de Urgenta pentru Copii „Sf.Maria” Iasi presupune achizitionarea medicamentelor care fac obiectul prezentei proceduri („licitatie deschisa” online intr-o singura etapa (cu incheierea unui acord-cadru cu cinci operatori economici)). Intrucat cazuistica si evolutia pacientilor nu permit estimarea exacta a cantitatilor de medicamente, dar si alocarea resurselor financiare fiind intr-o oarecare masura variabila, se considera oportun incheierea unui acord-cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni cu cinci operatori economici. Acordul-cadru de produse se incheie cu fiecare din cei cinci operatori economici declarati castigatori (in conditiile in care exista cinci operatori economici. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
