DIVERSE MEDICAMENTE CONFORM CAIET DE SARCINI Valoarea , conform caiet sarcini , a celor 50 loturi este de : Total valoare estimata a achizitiei: - Val. estimata minima acord -cadru = 287.251,80 lei fara TVA; -Val. estimata maxima acord cadru = 10.341.064,80 lei fara TVA; - Val. estimata minima contract subsecvent = 287.251,80 lei fara TVA; -Val. estimata maxima contract subsecvent = 1.723.510,80 lei fara TVA; Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 15 Autoritatea cotractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare care au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, in a 10 zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor. Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de calificari /informatiilor suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit, invocat mai sus. conform caiet de sarcini
