Având în vedere specificul achiziției, se va încheia un acord-cadru de servicii cu un singur operator economic, cu durata de 24 luni, pentru FITINGURI utilizate în activitatea zilnică a Apavital S.A. NOTE: 1. Numar de zile pana la care operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 21. 2. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari / informatii suplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă își propune să încheie un acord-cadru pe o durată de 24 de luni care are ca obiect furnizarea de: • Fitinguri pentru conducte de polietilenă PE100, • Coliere pentru conducte din materiale diverse (Oțel, Fontă, PEHD, Azbociment), • Fitinguri din fontă zincate, bronz și alamă, • Fitinguri pentru conducte din PVC, • Fitinguri electrofuziune. conform caietului de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime atat pe acordul cadru cat si pe contractul subsecvent sunt cele prevayute in caietul de sarcini.
