Serviciul de utilitate publică de distribuţie a gazelor naturale, reprezentând ansamblul activităţilor şi operaţiunilor desfăşurate de către concesionar pentru sau în legătură cu activitatea de distribuţie a gazelor naturale în cadrul perimetrului concesiunii din comunele Mușetești și Bălănești, județul Gorj, inclusiv construcţia , exploatarea, dezvoltarea şi reabilitarea sistemelor de distribuţie a gazelor naturale şi utilizarea acestora, conform precizărilor din caietul de sarcini. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este 25. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 16-a zi inainte de data depunerii ofertelor.
