Achiziționare dezinfectanți (4 loturi). În cadrul procedurii se vor achiziționa următoarele categorii de produse, în urma defalcării obiectului procedurii de achiziție publică pe loturi: Lot 1 DETERGENT-DEZINFECTANT ENZIMATIC PENTRU CURATAREA SI DEZINFECTIA INSTRUMENTARULUI MEDICAL TERMOSENSIBIL - FIBROENDOSCOPIE SUPERIOARA SI INFERIOARA FUJI 700, Lot 2 DEZINFECTANT RAPID DE NIVEL INALT PENTRU INSTRUMENTAR SI DISPOZITIVE MEDICALE TERMOSENSIBILE (ENDOSCOP FUJI 700 SI LAPAROSCOP STORZ, SISTEME DE LAPAROSCOPIE RZ MEDIZINTECHNIK GmbH), Lot 3 DEZINFECTANT-DETERGENT DE NIVEL INALT CONCENTRAT PENTRU DECONTAMINARE SUPRAFETE, Lot 4 DEZINFECTANT DE NIVEL INALT PENTRU DEZINFECTIA CICLICA A SUPRAFETELOR PRIN NEBULIZARE. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a-11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Cantitate minima-maxima acord cadru = 120 -720 l. Cantitate minima-maxima contract subsecvent 20 -120 l. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subscvent este de: 9.600 lei; Cantitate minima-maxima acord cadru = 600-3.600 l. Cantitate minima-maxima contract subsecvent 100- 600 l. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subscvent este de: 42.000 lei; Cantitate minima-maxima acord cadru =300- 1.800 l. Cantitate minima-maxima contract subsecvent 50-300 l. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subscvent este de: 45.000 lei; Cantitate minima-maxima acord cadru = 72 -432 l. Cantitate minima-maxima contract subsecvent 12-72 l. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subscvent este de: 108.000 lei
