Achiziționare dezinfectanți (4 loturi) În cadrul procedurii se vor achiziționa următoarele categorii de produse, în urma defalcării obiectului procedurii de achiziție publică pe loturi: Lot 1 Dezinfectant de nivel inalt pentru suprafete de baza de clor (tablete clorigene) Lot 2 Dezinfectant de nivel inalt lichid, gata preparat, pentru fezinfectia dispozitivelor medicale critice Lot 3 Lavete impregnate cu solutie dezinfectanta de nivel inalt pentru dezinfectia instrumentelor medicale si a dispozitivelor medicale Lot 4 Dezinfectant detergent enzymatic lichid concentrate pentru instrumentar medical ( dispositive medicale) Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a-11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. conform caiet de sarcini
