Prin achiziționarea de consumabile medicale autoritatea contractantă urmărește realizarea obiectivelor institutiei spitalicesti prin consolidarea capacitatii sistemului medical public. La stabilirea cantitatii fiecarui produs care face obiectul acestei achizitii, s-a avut in vedere referatele de necesitate primite de la sectiile si compartimentele spitalului, conform necesitatilor pentru protectia personalului medical, cat si cresterea capacitatii de diagnostic si tratament a pacientilor avuti in evidenta, in anul precedent. Produsele si cantitatile ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate sunt specificate in anexa caietului de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime pentru acord cadru si contract subsecvent se regasesc in Caietul de sarcini
