Contractul ce se dorește a fi atribuit în baza prezentei proceduri vizează execuția lucrărilor rămase pentru obiectivul de investiții Extindere spații de învățământ pentru Facultatea de Arte și Design și Facultatea de Muzică și Teatru - rest de executat. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentatia de atribuire. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificare sunt solicitate în termenul prevăzut la Cap. I.1) NUME, ADRESĂ ŞI PUNCT(E) DE CONTACT, secțiunea - Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor, respectiv 10 zile (înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor), autoritatea contractantă va răspunde la solicitările de clarificare cu 8 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
