Orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare, numai prin intermediul SEAP, intr-un termen de cel mult 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari transmise în a 11 zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. 6 Laptopuri si 6 tablete de hartie digitala; 1 Multifunctionala confom cerintelor din caietul de sarcini
