Achizitia este necesara intrucat in stocurile Romgaz, o gama din aceste echipamente nu exista, iar pentru asigurarea continuitatii activitatii de explorare este necesara achizitia acestora care vor echipa sondele rezultate din foraj in perioada 2023 - 2025 Capete de coloana si capete de eruptie pentru sondele de hidrocarburi, conform caietului de sarcini. Valoarea estimată totala a acordului cadru fără TVA, (numai în cifre): 36.132.850 lei Cantitatile minime si maxime aferente acordului cadru, respectiv cantitatile minime si maxime aferente unui contract subsecvent sunt: Pentru Acordul cadru Cantitate minima ; - capete de coloana : 7 buc. - Capete de eruptie : 6 buc. Cantitate maxima: - Capete de coloana : 42 buc. - Capete de eruptie : 42 buc. Pentru Contractul subsecvent Cantitate minima : - Capete de coloana : 5 buc. - Capete de eruptie : 3 buc. Cantitate maxima : - Capete de coloana : 13 buc. - Capete de eruptie : 14 buc. Frecventa contractelor subsecvente: Cel putin 1 contract /an, cel mult 3 contracte/an Durata unui contract subsecvent : 90 de zile calendaristice . Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 14.316.470 lei
