Entitiatea contractanta Delgaz Grid S.A. doreste achizitionarea a 43 autoutilitare pick-up 4x4 pentru parcul auto Delgaz Grid S.A. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit in Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor, in conformitate cu art. 173 alin. (1) din Legea Nr. 99/ 2016 si art. 29 alin. (3) din H.G. Nr. 394/ 2016. Entitatea contractanta nu are obligatia de a raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari primite dupa termenul limita specificat. Toate raspunsurile la clarificarile solicitate vor fi disponibile oricarui Op. ec. interesat prin accesarea sectiunii "LISTA CLARIFICARI, NOTIFICARI ȘI DECIZII" din Anuntul de participare asociat acestei proceduri prin intermediul SEAP. Daca este cazul, Entitatea Contractanta poate modifica continutul Documentatiei de atribuire prin emiterea unui Amendament la Documentatia de atribuire. Modificarile pot fi emise in orice moment inainte de termenul limita pentru primirea Ofertelor, insa Entitatea contractanta va permite, daca este necesar, un interval de timp suficient pentru Op. ec. interesati in vederea pregatirii Ofertelor, prin prelungirea termenului limita de primire a acestora.
