Incheierea unui contract de produse pentru achizitia de „Cablu de tensiune medie + cablu coaxial ” - in conformitate cu precizarile din CS, cu respectarea tuturor parametrilor cuprinsi in fisele tehnice Ca urmare a solicitarii beneficiarului , prin nota justificativa DEER/53877/18.02.2026 si in conformitate cu Art.87 alin (3) din Legea 99/2016 actualizata, entitatea contractanta stabileste, pentru prezenta procedura, o perioada redusa de depunere a ofertelor (15 zile de la publicarea documentatiei de atribuire) Numǎrul de zile pȃnǎ la care potențialii ofertanți pot solicita clarificǎri referitoare la documentația de atribuire, ȋnainte de data limitǎ de depunere a ofertei este 8. Entitatea contractantǎ va rǎspunde tuturor solicitǎrilor de clarificǎri sau informațiilor suplimentare în a 4-a zi ȋnainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit mai sus. conform ANEXA 1 la Caietul de sarcini
