Achizitia a 6 cpl. Ansamblu Bucatarie. Orice operator economic interesat in a depune oferta poate adresa, autoritatii contractante, solicitari de clarificari pana in a 18-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari nu mai tarziu de a 11-a zi, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Cantitatile minime/maxime ale AC, respectiv cantitatile minime/maxime ale CS sunt detaliate in anexa nr. 1 la caietul de sarcini, din documentatia de atribuire. Contractele-subsecvente se vor incheia lunar. In functie de nevoile autoritatii contractante pot fi incheiate si alte contracte-subsecvente, oricand pe perioada derularii acordului-cadru. Furnizare a 6 cpl Ansamblu Bucatarii ,conform anexei 1 la caietul de sarcini AC, cantitate minima= 1 cpl./maxima= 6 cpl. CS, cantitate minima= 1 cpl./maxima= 2 cpl. AC, valoare minim = 4.201.677,00 lei / maxim = 25.210.062,00 lei CS, valoare minim = 8.403.354,00 lei / maxim = 16.806.708,00 lei Specificatiile tehnice minime / cerintele minime sunt detaliate in anexa nr 2 la caietul de sarcini.
