Description

Obiectul contractului il reprezinta furnizarea unei Unitati Medicale Mobile Stomatologice - 1 bucata, noua, neutilizata, complet echipata, integrata, omologata, testata si functionala, realizata pe un autovehicul 100% electric din categoria N2. Unitatea medicala mobila va include suprastructura special amenajata, doua cabinete stomatologice distincte, grup sanitar, spatii de depozitare si compartimente tehnice, dispozitiv pentru accesul persoanelor cu dizabilitati, instalatii electrice si sanitare, sisteme de ventilatie, climatizare, aer comprimat si aspiratie, sistem fotovoltaic cu acumulare, mobilier medical, echipamente stomatologice si de sterilizare, instrumentar, aparatura medicala generala, echipamente IT, precum si toate accesoriile si elementele necesare functionarii ansamblului. Contractul include, cu titlu accesoriu, proiectarea de detaliu, carosarea si amenajarea suprastructurii, instalarea si integrarea tuturor componentelor, transportul si livrarea la locul indicat de Autoritatea Contractanta, omologarea vehiculului in configuratia finala, obtinerea documentelor necesare inmatricularii, efectuarea verificarilor si probelor de functionare, punerea in functiune, instruirea personalului, predarea documentatiei tehnice si de conformitate, precum si asigurarea garantiei, mentenantei si suportului tehnic. Termenul maxim de livrare si punere in functiune este de 6 luni de la data emiterii ordinului de incepere. Unitatea va fi livrata pe raza Comunei Sacuieu, judetul Cluj, ca ansamblu complet si functional. Ofertele partiale pentru componente separate nu sunt acceptate. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari inainte cu 10 zile de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
