Autoritatea contractanta urmareste achizitionarea unui Echipament de tomografie computerizata + Amenajare amplasament” si ,,Sistem PACS în cloud pentru imagistica medicala si Licență Soft AI + mentenanța’’ , prin aplicarea unei proceduri de licitatie deschisa in urma careia se va incheia un contract de furnizare pe 3 luni - Echipament de tomografie computerizata + Amenajare amplasament si 3 ani - Sistem PACS în cloud pentru imagistica medicala si Licență Soft AI + mentenanța’ cu ofertantul declarat castigator. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, in masura in care sunt transmise in termenul precizat. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita claricări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile. Obiectul contractului este furnizare Echipament de tomografie computerizata; Obiectul contractului este furnizare - Sistem PACS în cloud pentru imagistica medicala si Licență Soft AI + mentenanța. Preturile pentru lot 2 au fost stabilite pentru fiecare produs in parte. Ofertantii nu vor depasii preturile stabilite pentru fiecare produs, in caz contrar oferta financiara va fi considerata inacceptabila conform art. 137, alin. 2, lit. (e), din HG 395/2016. Preturile maxime sunt dupa cum urmeaza: 1.Licenta Soft AI +mentenanta - 315.442,11 lei fara TVA; 2. PACS - platforma imagistica medicala - 550.702,01 lei fara TVA.
