Spitalul Municipal Sighetu Marmatiei intenţionează să încheie un acord cadru cu maxim 3 (trei) operatori economici pentru fiecare lot care face obiectul prezentei proceduri de atribuire, în vederea achiziţionării medicamentelor cuprinse în anexa nr. 1 la caietul de sarcini, necesare asigurării tratamentului pacientilor, pentru o perioada de 24 luni. Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia fără reluarea competiței, de regulă trimestrial/semestrial sau anual, cu operatorul economic clasat pe primul loc, în urma aplicării criteriului de atribuire.
