Description

Se doreste achizitionarea de antiseptice si dezifectanti necesare activitatii din spitalul Municipal Medias. In urma incheierii acordului cadru autoritatea contractanta va incheia contracte subsecvente, in functie de necesitati si fonduri disponibile. Cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord cadru, precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent sunt specificate in anexa din caietul de sarcini. Valorile estimate a celui mai mare contract subsecvent sunt specificate in caietul de sarcini si sectiunea Loturi. Cantitatile minime si maxime specificate la fiecare lot, reprezinta cantitatile acordului cadru. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10 - a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20. Ac. cant min. - 800 buc, cant max. - 19.200 buc; Ac. cant min. - 400 buc, cant max. - 9.600 buc; Ac. cant min. - 300 buc, cant max. - 7.200 buc; Ac. cant min. - 2 buc 5 litri, cant max. - 48 buc 5 litri; Ac. cant min. - 200 litri, cant max. - 4800 litri; Ac. cant min. - 3 buc, cant max. - 72 buc
