Conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini- 28 loturi de medicamente oncologice . Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. In conformitate cu prevederile art.161 din legea 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificare/informtiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire in a 11 a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare . Contractele subsecvente vor fi încheiate in funcţie de necesitaţi si de fondurile bugetare alocate prin ,,Programul National de Sanatate”. In caietul de sarcini se regasesc cantitatile pentru acordul cadru/contractele subsecvente care se preconizeaza ca vor fi atribuite .; Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: Contractele subsecvente vor fi încheiate in funcţie de necesitaţi si de fondurile bugetare alocate prin ,,Programul National de Sanatate”.
