Obiectul general al contractului îl reprezintă furnizarea de medicamente oncologice finanțate prin Programul Național de Oncologie și Cost Volum. Prezenta procedură este inițiată pentru achiziția unui număr de 18 de loturi, astfel: Lot Denumirea Comună Internaţională a medicamentului (DCI) 1 BENDAMUSTINUM 2 CALCII FOLINAS 3 CALCII FOLINAS 4 CHLORAMBUCILUM 5 CYTARABINUM 6 CYTARABINUM 7 EFMOROCTOGOG ALFA 8 EFMOROCTOGOG ALFA 9 EFMOROCTOGOG ALFA 10 ERIBULINUM 11 GLOFITAMABUM 12 GLOFITAMABUM 13 IMATINIBUM 14 IRINOTECAN PEGYLATED LIPOSOMAL 15 MERCAPTOPURINUM 16 PACLITAXELUM 17 VINBLASTINUM 18 VINORELBINUM Termene pentru depunerea/raspunsul la solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizi{iile publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
