Spitalul Municipal Sighetu Marmatiei intenţionează să încheie un acord cadru cu maxim 3 (trei) operatori economici pentru fiecare lot care face obiectul prezentei proceduri de atribuire, în vederea achiziţionării medicamentelor cuprinse în anexa nr.1,inregistrata cu Nr.9051/24.06.2026 la caietul de sarcini, necesare asigurării tratamentului pacientilor, pentru o perioada de 6 luni. Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia fără reluarea competiței, in functie de necesitati si de banii alocati, lunar /la 2 luni sau pana la 31.12.2026 cu operatorul economic clasat pe primul loc, în urma aplicării criteriului de atribuire.
