Acordul cadru este de furnizare acumulatori pentru mijloacele auto, navale, generatoare si componente periferice IT, furnizorul avand obligatia asigurarii transportului gratuit al produsului, la sediul autoritatii contractante. Solicitarile de clarificari din partea posibililor ofertanti se vor face cu 12 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Acordul cadru este de furnizare acumulatori pentru mijloacele auto, navale, generatoare si componente periferice IT. Minim 173 si maxim 2.190 acumulatori pentru mijloacele auto, navale, generatoare si componente periferice IT. Se vor incheia contracte subsecvente lunare in cantitate minima de 10 acumulatori si cantitate maxima 100 acumulatori. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 5.000 lei si valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de maxim 50.000 lei.
