Obiectul procedurii de achizitie sectoriale il reprezinta achizitia produselor de ,,Dispozitive de siguranta gaz-stop”, produse care se utilizează la execuția racordurilor din polietilenă, rolul acestora fiind acela de a proteja, prin blocare, scurgerea gazelor în atmosferă, în cazul avarierii accidentale a conductei racordului, prin ruperea totală sau parțială a conductei din polietilenă. Produsul trebuie să respecte cerințele tehnice și testele conform DIN 30652-2 Supape de exces pentru racorduri. Clarificarile sau informatiile suplimentare în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire vor fi transmise cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea 99/ 2016. EC va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit Se vor achizitiona produse din gama ,,Dispozitive de siguranta gaz-stop”, în conformitate cu cerintele mentionate in Caietul de sarcini nr. 56577/31.10.2024 si Specificatia tehnica nr. 671RO, si a documentelor anexate acestora.
