Description

Залишковий термін зберігання отриманого Товару має бути не менше 90 % загального терміну придатності. Строк обчислюється з дати передачі Товару на склад Замовника та підписання видаткової накладної.Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями згідно з заявкою Замовника 1-2 рази на квартал. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Замовника. Доставка товару здійснюється протягом одного дня від дати подачі усної або письмової заявки Замовника. Заявка надається комірником напередодні дня поставки. До 17 години того ж дня Замовник має право внести зміни до обсягу заявки залежно від фактичної кількості присутніх дітей. Поставка кожної партії Товару повинна здійснюватись Постачальником не пізніше 13-00 години дня .
