The buyer is procuring two fuel storage tanks supplied as complete sets: one diesel fuel tank and one petrol tank, one unit each. The required tank volumes, the list of components and the technical requirements are set out in the Specification, which forms Annex 1 to the contract. The supplier must deliver the goods within 30 calendar days from the date the contract is signed. The buyer will pay by bank transfer to the supplier's account, on the basis of an invoice and delivery note, within 30 banking days from delivery and signing of the delivery note, using local budget funds.
