Il s'agit d'un marché de travaux ayant pour objet des travaux de restauration et de mise en peinture extérieure des structures métalliques sur le complexe sportif Kleber. Le chantier se déroulera en zone occupée. La maîtrise d'oeuvre est assurée par la Ville. Les missions de CSPS sont assurées par la société SAHYA SERVICES ; les missions de contrôle technique par la société BUREAU VERITAS. La date prévisionnelle de notification du marché est début octobre 2026. Pour le lot 1 (restauration) la durée prévisionnelle du marché est de 15 semaines (5 semaines de préparation, 10 semaines d'exécution). Pour le lot 2, la durée prévisionnelle est de 13 semaines (3 semaines de préparation, 10 semaines d'exécution). Une PSE est indiquée dans le lot 2. Le candidat est obligé d'y répondre.
