Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance et entretien et la réparation de jeux collectifs de plein air. Ces jeux sont propriétés de la Ville de Faches-Thumesnil et sont aujourd’hui installés dans les parcs, squares, écoles maternelles et primaires présents sur le territoire. L'accord cadre monoattributaire s'exécute par émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum est fixé à 200 000 euros HT sur la durée totale du marché, périodes de reconduction comprises. Le marché est passé pour une durée d'une année et renouvelable trois fois sans pouvoir excéder quatre ans. Il est passé en procédure adaptée avec possibilité de négociations. Aucune variante n'est autorisée. La date prévisionnelle de démarrage est fixée au mois d'octobre 2026. La Ville dépense chaque année environ 25 000 euros pour cet entretien (donnée strictement indicative qui n'engage pas l'acheteur)
