Residential and Nursing Care in Gloucestershire - Pre Market Engagement Survey

Gloucestershire County Council is carrying out a pre market engagement survey ahead of changing how it contracts for Residential and Nursing Care from 2026/27. The council will introduce a new contractual arrangement to replace the current Pre-Placement Contract, covering residential care, nursing care, and short-term or respite placements for adults aged 18 and over, including people with frailty, dementia, physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, mental health, autism and forensic support needs. The total maximum value of the arrangement is 816 million pounds.
