Description

Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of research and statistical support services, evaluation services, and information management, knowledge mobilisation and decision support services. The Framework Agreement will support HIS in delivering its strategic priorities and evidence functions through access to specialist external expertise across a broad range of research, evaluation, evidence synthesis, information management, knowledge mobilisation and decision support disciplines. The Framework Agreement is divided into three Lots: - Lot 1: Research and Statistical Support Services - Lot 2: Evaluation Services - Lot 3: Information Management, Knowledge Mobilisation and Decision Support Services. The Framework will be established on an unranked multi-supplier basis and will be available for the award of call-off contracts through either mini-competition or direct award in accordance with the Framework Agreement terms The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this ITT exercise.
